By accessing and using Turbostart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you purchase the Turbostart license.

Software License

The Turbostart License grants users unrestricted and perpetual access to its functionality through a single purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, the Turbostart boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Turbostart, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks, are owned by Turbostart.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Turbostart is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Turbostart will meet your specific needs or be error-free. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

Turbostart shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software.

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust prices as we improve and expand Turbostart. Any discounts offered are to help customers secure the current price without being affected by future increases.

Updates and Support

We may provide updates to the software at our discretion. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate support agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Turbostart at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Turbostart as a result of your use of these services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of Turbostart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
